Prepare a China & UAE network equipment sourcing request
A clear brief makes sourcing quotes easier to compare. This guidance helps prepare an enquiry; price, stock and sourcing feasibility require assessment of the actual request.
Describe the network need before selecting a model
State the number of users or devices, operating environment, existing connections and intended upgrade. A model name alone does not describe project requirements.
Specify models and required features
Provide the exact model, port types and quantities, required speed, management features, PoE needs, power supply and compatibility with existing equipment. Alternatives need a clear comparison with mandatory requirements.
Record accessories and product condition
Specify new or used condition, packaging, power adapter, mounting accessories, cables or modules and regional variants. Authenticity, warranty and stock claims must be confirmed for the actual quote.
Define sample and delivery checks
Agree the model and labels, quantities, features, included accessories and initial test criteria before final purchase. Technical testing scope and responsibility must be clear; visual checking does not replace specialist testing.
